Trust & Safety Representative (£13/hr)
As a Trust & SafetyAdvisor, you will play a vital role in verifying the safety and authenticity of properties and experiences listed on our platform. Your responsibilities include performing validation checks, reviewing supplier and customer information, and identifying potential risks. While this is not primarily a customer service role, occasional phone and email interactions with customers will be required.

Responsibilities:
3. Perform validation checks to confirm properties, suppliers, and experiences comply with safety and legitimacy standards
4. Investigate suppliers and bookings using provided customer information and internal tools
5. Analyze data to assess risks and make sound, evidence-based decisions
6. Effectively communicate findings to customers and suppliers via clear, concise phone and email correspondence
7. Resolve validation-related issues and provide constructive feedback to customers
8. Detect fraudulent activity or account misuse and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks
Qualifications:
9. Previous experience in research-based roles or customer service is desirable
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word)
11. Comfortable working on a PC with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or tools
12. Experience in fraud investigation, risk analysis, or trust and safety roles is a plus
13. Exposure to account verification, validation processes, or risk management is preferred
14. Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Italian) is beneficial but not required
