Responsibilities
* Proactively contact customers via outbound calls to build relationships and increase sales.
* Reconnect with lapsed customers, explore new markets, and develop partnerships.
* Collaborate with the Customer Excellence Team for smooth transactions.
* Cross-sell and upsell products, educate customers on our full range of services.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs such as revenue, call volume, and order processing.
Qualifications
* Proven sales or business development experience with target achievement.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Resilient, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Experience in outbound calling is desirable.
