AWLQ is currently looking for a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our Brisbane Community Veterinary Clinic. In this role, you’ll support the veterinary team in providing the highest level of customer service and care to our customers and their animals. You’ll be working with a team of highly skilled and passionate professionals under the banner of one of the most respected brands in animal welfare. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls with professional and accurate information.
* Transfer calls to the relevant department.
* Provide strong face-to-face customer service and facilitate appointment setting.
* Facilitate the impounding and reclaiming of animals.
* Ensure the register balances are reconciled at the end of each day.
* Assist with preparing invoices and other documentation, as well as document management.
* Replacing merchandise in the Rehoming store.
* Complete a variety of general administrative duties.
* Open and close the reception area and keep it clean and tidy.
* Comply with OH&S guidelines to maintain high standards of personal care.
* Address issues and resolve conflicts with a high degree of customer support.
* Answer a broad range of client questions associated with AWLQ and work in accordance with policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver’s Licence.
* Strong experience in a high-volume, customer-service environment.
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative and reception roles.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems ability.
