Join to apply for the Analyst (Zug) role at Health Advances.
Start Date: September 8, 2025
We are looking for one analyst to join our Zug-based team.
Working at Health Advances allows analysts to gain broad exposure to biotech and pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, research tools, precision medicine, medtech, digital health, and enterprise HIT, and investor sectors as part of a growing firm. We are seeking candidates who share our passion for making a direct impact on the healthcare industry and work closely with colleagues from diverse academic backgrounds (MDs, PhDs, MBAs) and industry experience.
Health Advances is recognized as a top consulting firm, receiving high rankings annually for its comprehensive training in healthcare and business topics. Our analysts typically work on two cases simultaneously, allowing them to learn about multiple aspects of the healthcare industry. Projects usually span 4-6 weeks, providing exposure to various sectors and project types in their first year.
We are committed to continuous learning and staff growth. Analysts participate in internal committees (such as sector-specific, business development, and analytics), attend seminars, and present at weekly meetings. Each analyst is paired with a mentor and a "buddy" to support their development. Our mentorship program helps tailor each individual's skill plan and tracks their progress throughout their career at Health Advances.
Analysts leverage prior knowledge and current casework to develop skills for increased responsibility. Our alumni are accepted into top advanced-degree programs and move on to challenging roles globally.
All interviews are case-oriented, providing real project examples.
