We’re recruiting a Senior National Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth across our retail customer base.
This is a high-impact, senior commercial role with full P&L accountability, clear growth objectives, and the backing of a business investing confidently in its future.
Depending on your experience and strengths, you’ll focus on one of two key growth areas:
🔹 Value-Added Eggs (Chilled & Frozen)
Driving expansion of our cooked and innovative egg portfolio through major multiple retailers, with a strong emphasis on innovation, NPD, and new business development.
OR
🔹 Shell Egg Category Leadership
Leading and growing our established shell egg business, managing two major multiple accounts and delivering sustainable, profitable growth through outstanding execution, partnership, and category insight.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Owning and delivering sales, revenue, and growth targets
* Full P&L responsibility for major multiple retail accounts
* Developing and executing account plans to drive long-term value
* Building and strengthening senior customer relationships
* Negotiating and securing long-term commercial agreements
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, marketing, category, and product development
* Supporting and delivering a compelling innovation pipeline
* Providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance updates to senior leadership

Experience & qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
* 3–5+ years’ experience in sales or business development within the food retail industry
* Track record of delivering revenue growth and account expansion
