We're gearing up for our annual celebration on September 6th, 2025 at Queens Walk Recreation Ground (12-4pm) and we'd love YOUR help to make it another unforgettable one.

Whether you can volunteer for a few hours on the day or lend a hand behind the scenes beforehand, your support makes all the difference. Free refreshments and food will be provided.
Ways you can support:
In the run up:
* Marketing/social media support, content creation
* Sign painting & making
On the day:
* Setting up, packing away & tidying up
* Greeting attendees on the Welcome Desk
* Content creation
* Stewarding & advising attendees
* Serving food and drinks and helping with the tea/coffee station
* Supporting stalls, activities, live talks & more
