Required for: 5th January 2026 or before — Full time 37 hours per week — permanent contract
Scale Point 6—10—£25,989—£27,694 per annum

We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic person to join our community and work alongside our Site Manager. The role will cover all aspects of site maintenance to include safety, security and cleanliness of school. This is a varied and interesting role to include dealing with contractors, suppliers and lettings. If you are self‑motivated, have a good sense of humour, enjoy working as part of a team and are looking for your next challenge, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Qualifications
* Are a team player with a positive outlook and a proactive ‘hands on’ approach to work
* Can stay calm under pressure and have a talent for multi‑tasking
* Have the ability to approach a wide and varied job role with a ‘can do’ attitude and are committed to further CPD and progression
* Have practical DIY skills
* Live locally to Studley and be able to work flexibly
* Have a reasonable level of physical fitness to cope with lifting and carrying
