Due to a 2-year continued growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and driven Internal Sales Development Manager to perform a key role within our sales team at the Roofing Yard.
This role is critical in providing a high level of Customer sales and quotation support. The ideal candidate will need a proven track record in a fast-paced, Customer facing sales environment. This role has been designed to ensure the individual can develop quickly through the business with a targeted and rewarded development path.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a fast-paced Customer Sales environment, whilst following (and further developing) internal business processes.
Be instrumental in Customer quotations, with the ability to understand sales margins, along with the importance of business profits and Customer focussed requirements.
Be part of a team that is mindful of stock control accuracy, picking procedures and transactional importance (e.g. returns, credits, refunds, proforma invoices etc).
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up processes are in place for post-sale communication and upsell opportunities.
Work within clear KPI’s and targets to ensure role and business development is tracked and adjusted throughout.
Liaise with procurement and financial team to ensure stock level management and customer / supplier relationship continuity.
