MFL Teacher Newport
September Start | £172.98+ per day
Aspire People are working in partnership with a popular secondary school based in Newport to recruit a dedicated and inspiring Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher for a September 2026 start.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver Spanish, French and/or German, providing engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire pupils to develop confidence and fluency in modern foreign languages. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs.
The Role:
Teaching Spanish, French and German across Key Stages 3 and 4
Planning and delivering creative, engaging MFL lessons
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, progress and achievement
Assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress
Working collaboratively within the MFL department and wider school team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Spanish, French and/or German in a UK secondary school
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Have a passion for languages and inclusive teaching practices
