What You'll be doing: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work across a rich and varied portfolio including a significant number of heritage assets and prestigious buildings. 10. Experience in mechanical systems maintenance (HVAC)
11. Previous experience in maintaining systems while buildings are in use.
12. Knowledge of control systems, especially BMS TREND 963.
13. Good knowledge of British health and safety standards
14. Strong problem-solving skills
15. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
16. Knowledge and experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and basic IT skills
17. Experience supervising contractors.
18. A commitment to safety, with awareness of relevant health and safety policies.
19. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with contactors and other customers
20. A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
