Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Holidays: 28 days per year + 3 extra bank holidays (Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day)

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a daily queue of allocated customer accounts

Contacting customers via phone, email, text, and letter to discuss arrears and agree suitable repayment plans
*
Offering forbearance options where a payment plan isn’t the right approach
*
Handling inbound calls and customer queries with professionalism and care
*
Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the right outcomes
*
Liaising with debt management agencies when appropriate
*
Taking manual payments securely over the phone
*
Reviewing customer credit information and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience in credit control, collections, or customer finance
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*
Strong organisational and data entry skills
*
Comfortable working with databases and computer systems
*
A natural problem-solver with empathy and integrity
