Salary: £101.92 – £120.40 per day

Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant based in and around the S8 (Sheffield) area? We’re currently recruiting for Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join Milk Education, to work in partnership with our nurturing and inclusive Primary schools in S8.

Role Details:

1. Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary
2. Start: September 2025
3. Location: S8, Sheffield
4. Working Hours: Full or Part time – Term Time Only

Key Responsibilities:

5. Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
6. Support small groups of pupils and provide one-to-one assistance when needed
7. Help maintain focus and engagement for pupils throughout the school day
8. Prepare learning materials and assist in delivering educational activities
9. Encourage a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
10. Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff

Requirements:

11. Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills
13. Commitment to supporting the child’s academic and emotional development
14. Experience supporting children with SEND would be desirable
