Swan Children's Homes provide high quality care and support to children aged 5-12 years with high and/or specialist needs.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced team member to be part of the team at our specialist children's home in Buntingford, caring for up to 4 children with high and/or specialist needs including autism and learning difficulties.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who has passion and drive to support children and young people. Our team all come from different backgrounds, not just Residential experience.
· Are you motivated, determined and resilient?
· Are you able to adapt to challenging situations and can work in a team?
· Do you have experience of working collaboratively alongside a small team, and managing shifts and and staffing teams?
· Have you proven experience in report writing and managing your own workload alongside a busy staff team?
* Have you got experience working with children in Early Years? Teaching Assistant? Afterschool clubs? Volunteering?
