The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top IT professionals for our clients. You’ll work closely with the recruitment consultants, using your research skills, market knowledge, and people-focused approach to build a strong pipeline of candidates within niche technology areas.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to kickstart or progress their career in IT recruitment, working in a high-performance environment with structured training, mentorship, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Candidate Sourcing:
* Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and internal databases to identify high-calibre candidates.
* Leverage Boolean search techniques and other sourcing strategies to find niche technology talent.
* Candidate Engagement & Screening:
* Proactively approach potential candidates, conduct initial qualification calls, and assess technical and cultural fit.
* Present candidate profiles and insights to the recruitment team for client submission.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and keep the CRM updated.
* Build and nurture long‑term relationships with IT professionals in our target markets.
* Market Research:
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends, competitor movements, and market demands.
* Help identify potential new business opportunities and talent pools.
* Work closely with recruitment consultants to develop effective candidate attraction campaigns.
* Support interview preparation, feedback collection, and offer management processes.
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or similar role OR a strong interest in starting a career in recruitment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with candidates and building rapport.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
* Proactive, driven, and resilient — comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* Strong IT literacy and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
* Experience within IT, Technology or SaaS recruitment.
* Knowledge of Oracle technologies, Cloud platforms or related IT sectors.
* Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing strategies.
