In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless shipment execution, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and helping to maintain the highest standards of compliance, quality, and operational excellence. Role Responsibilities Overview: Acting as the first point of contact for shipping orders and customer enquiries, delivering a proactive and professional service Managing end-to-end international shipments for pharmaceutical, clinical trial, and healthcare-related products Coordinating with airlines, suppliers, overseas offices, and delivery partners to ensure smooth shipment execution Proactively monitoring live shipments, managing issues and escalations, and providing timely customer updates Managing after-shipment activities including temperature monitor returns, reusable packaging logistics, and chain of custody information Investigating customer complaints, completing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA) Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates across Biocair and customer platforms Working collaboratively with warehouse, transport, customs, and global operational teams to deliver service excellence.
