Role Details: HR Business Partner Altrad are currently on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to join the business to partner with senior leaders and line managers to deliver people strategies that support operational excellence, safety, and long-term workforce sustainability. This role can be based anywhere within the Midlands area, this is on a FTC. Key Deliverables: Strategic HR Partnership * Partner with senior leaders and line managers to deliver people strategies that support operational excellence, safety, and long-term workforce sustainability. * Translate business objectives into effective HR initiatives aligned with nuclear industry standards. Employee Relations & Performance * Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance. * Support managers with performance management, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and absence management. * Promote a positive employee relations climate, including engagement with trade unions or employee representatives where applicable. Safety, Compliance & Culture * Actively support and reinforce a strong nuclear safety culture and behavioural standards. * Ensure HR policies and practices comply with nuclear regulatory requirements, site licence conditions, and relevant legislation. * Contribute to audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews as required.
