Job Description
3. Develop and implement the global CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business and brand goals to enhance the customer experience.
4. Refine customer segmentation models and lifecycle campaign strategies.
5. Act as the expert for global email marketing, adopting a test-and-learn approach to maximise engagement and commercial impact.
6. Lead the launch and ongoing management of the global CRM and email marketing platform.
7. Oversee weekly social media activity and newsletter communications.
8. Design and deliver multi-segment, highly personalised automated campaigns.
9. Continuously monitor and optimise segmentation models and campaign performance to meet business objectives.
10. Lead customer insight analysis to support strategic decision-making and the delivery of a cohesive omnichannel strategy.
11. Create and maintain KPI reports, sharing insights and recommendations with senior management.
12. Ensure accurate data capture, tracking, and utilisation across all customer touchpoints.
13. Champion data integrity, prospect data capture, and lead management globally.
14. Support and optimise both quantitative and qualitative data collection to inform marketing strategies.
15. Present quarterly retail data capture results and collaborate with retail teams globally to drive data capture improvements.
16. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify and implement best-in-class CRM practices.
17. Manage the marketing trade calendar and briefing process, ensuring alignment of messaging across departments and seasons.
18. Lead paid social and display advertising strategy, planning, and reporting in collaboration with external agencies.
19. Act as the main point of contact for customer and campaign analysis requests.
20. Manage PR relationships and coordinate in-house campaign shoots.
21. Monitor website performance, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
22. Maintain and improve reporting processes and operational efficiency across all marketing activities.
The Successful Applicant
23. 5 + years of hands on CRM experience
24. A background working in Fashion, Luxury or Retail is essential
25. End-to-end CRM experience - Design, Execution and Management
26. Advanced Google Analytics
27. Experience leading and managing a team
28. Someone who enjoys working onsite
29. Extensive experience working with CRM tools
