Responsibilities:
* Deep SQL Server performance tuning across queries, indexes, execution plans, and stored procedures
* PowerShell scripting for automation and optimisation
* Advising new and existing clients on best practices and performance improvement strategies
* Delivering outcomes through a structured, phase-based remediation approach
* Working closely with a collaborative Dev team focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
