We have an exciting role on offer within our Marketing and Communications team as a Digital Officer. About Us We are looking for a focused and passionate individual to help us provide first class digital services to Middlesbrough residents. As a Digital Officer in our Marketing and Communications team, your role would revolve around the Council’s websites and other digital platforms. Your daily tasks would include writing and editing copy, managing content and working with teams around the Council to make sure information is up to date. You would contribute to an ongoing cycle of testing and reviewing websites. You would work with our customers in mind, always putting their needs first when making decisions. You will help to make sure all the Council’s digital output meets accessibility standards and is easy to understand. As part of the wider Marketing and Communications team, you would also edit imagery and work on occasional video filming. This is a hugely varied role, offering the chance to make a difference across many aspects of Council services and life in Middlesbrough.
