We are looking for a practical, hands-on Estates Technician (Handyperson) to play a vital role in keeping the buildings and facilities safe, compliant, and running smoothly. The Role Day-to-day, you will: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine checks on emergency lighting, fire alarms, smoke detectors, ventilation units, and water systems. Undertake a range of general handyman/handywoman tasks, including minor repairs, adjustments, and remedial works. Log and update jobs using a tablet-based CAFM system. Work alongside colleagues, contractors, and the wider maintenance team, always following safe working practices. About You Were looking for someone who is: Practical, proactive, and detail-focused.
