Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee children's development and wellbeing, tracking progress and communicating with parents.
* Act as Key Person for the children's holistic development and personal care needs.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager or Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
