Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for a fresh opportunity with long-term potential? Our client – a well-established and reputable housebuilder – is kicking off a brand-new residential scheme in Gorton, Manchester, and we’re recruiting on their behalf to find the right person to join their exceptional site team.
This project will see the delivery of houses and low-rise apartments, and you’ll be working under a strong, experienced site and project management team who are well-respected within the North West housing market.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Site Manager in daily site operations
*
Coordinating trades and subcontractors
*
Monitoring H&S compliance and quality standards
*
Assisting with site documentation and reporting
*
Contributing to project progress meetings
🧱 Ideal Background:
*
Previous experience in new build housing
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
CSCS card essential
*
SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
*
First Aid at Work beneficial
