Our client is a successful award-winning, multi-branch independent agency based in Medway, who is looking for a new Property Manager Team Leader to join their established team. Working hours for the Property Management Team Leader are:
1. 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday
2. No Weekends

As a Property Management Team Leader your role will involve:
8. Leading a team of at least 3 Property Managers.
9. Direct daily team activities, set priorities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
10. Oversee tenant move‑outs, inspections, deposit handling, and preparation of properties for new occupancy
11. Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
12. Manager circa 640 unit from the branch.
13. Running the day-to-day operations of the team.
Requirements for the Property Management Team Leader:
14. A strong knowledge of all things Property Management.
15. Strong leadership qualities who can mentor and lead the team.
16. Personable and positive attitude.
