We are recruiting a committed Classroom Teaching Assistant to support learners aged 16 to 18 within a specialist secondary setting.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people at a key stage of their education.
Working hours: 8.45am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Responsibilities
* Provide classroom-based support to learners during lessons
* Encourage engagement, confidence and independence
* Assist teaching staff with lesson delivery and preparation
* Build positive, professional relationships with learners and colleagues

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting learners with SEN
* Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the school’s location
* Reliable, patient and enthusiastic approach
* Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
