What You’ll Be Doing Deliver ICT Essential Skills support to apprentices across Northern Ireland (full training provided) Use e-learning platforms and engaging resources to deliver both 1:1 and group learning Help learners develop confidence in digital skills needed for work and life Track learner progress and support them to complete assessments on time Maintain accurate records and work to quality assurance and compliance standards Take part in ongoing training, development, and quality improvement activities Travel to learning centres or employer locations when required (travel expenses covered) Who We’re Looking For You don’t need prior teaching experience - just passion for helping others learn and a degree in an ICT-related subject. You'll be trained and supported to grow into the role. Essential: A degree in one of the following or closely related subjects: Computer Education Computer Science Computer Studies Computing & Information Technology Computing with Education Statistics & Computer Science Computer Science & Physics Business Information Technology GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths at Grade A–C (or Essential Skills Level 2) Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills A positive, supportive attitude and willingness to learn Willingness to travel as needed across the region (travel reimbursed) Desirable: Experience working with learners (e.g., mentoring, coaching, tutoring) Interest in gaining a teaching qualification (which we’ll support you to achieve) What You’ll Get £31,000 starting salary Hybrid working with flexibility Full training and support to become a qualified tutor A clear career pathway in education and training Join a friendly, mission-driven organisation making a real impact
