Key Responsibilities\Measures of Success Safety is a condition Build a culture of food safety and quality across the site by supporting the Technical team system administrator. To support the Food Safety and Quality culture across site and provide data for the relevant production streams. Track, report and improve safety & food safety performance metrics. Support the behavioural based safety programme to drive improvements in safety at site. Technical Excellence Strategy Support the processes of SAP, INNOVA, Recipe Professor, Foods Connected and other group systems, following standard work processes. Provide support and technical knowledge for factory issues to ensure resolution and root cause is identified. Support the maintenance the site QMS & document control systems. Support the Quality agenda and Food Safety and Quality Culture programme for site. Analyse data and trend analysis on KPIs. Build a high performing team Communicate regularly and ensure data is shared to the production streams in a timely manner. Support others in the team where required. Support the standard work processes and ensure SOPs are regularly reviewed for the core systems. OPEX Improvement Use data analysis to make problems visible, quantifiable and to guide decisions. Use OPEX tools to support operations in getting to root cause. Deliver value for the business and the customer Support site audits and ensure traceability, mass balances are completed as per standards. To support & assist in projects in accordance with the Technical team goals. Ensure compliance to Technical processes and systems (SAP, INNOVA, Foods Connected and Point 74). Deliver and measure Technical KPIs and report monthly on time Skills & Knowledge Experience in supporting audits Working knowledge of BRC and industry regulations Experience in Technical/ Quality teams Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. IT Skills – proficient use of Microsoft Office Good attention to detail 8 Step Problem solving experience Qualifications [Accredited] HACCP experience and working knowledge of retailer standards and BRCGS
