📍 Leeds or Manchester - Hybrid
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing wireframes, user interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
* Planning and conducting usability tests and supporting discovery interviews
* Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate on solutions
* Ensuring consistency and quality across user journeys and interaction designs
* Supporting and evolving our design systems
* Validating designs with internal teams, dealerships, and end users
* Working across multiple squads to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
* Experience in usability testing and user research
* Strong understanding of interaction and service design principles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences
* Willingness to travel to our Bruntingthorpe office once a week and attend in-person dealership sessions when needed
Nice to Have
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for smoother developer collaboration
* Experience designing for B2B platforms and customer-facing applications
* Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
