We're supporting a long-established, Chartered firm of Independent Financial Advisers in Henley in their search for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team. What you'll do:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Client Relationship Managers
2. Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records
3. Liaise with product providers and clients regarding policy queries, valuations, and documentation
4. Support client review meetings through preparation of reports and documentation
5. Ensure all activity is fully compliant with regulatory standards and internal procedures
What we're looking for:
6. Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
7. Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including pensions, investments, and protection
8. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Proficient in using back-office systems (e.g., Intelligent Office or similar CRM)
10. A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
