Our client, a leading medical equipment manufacturer, is looking for a HR Coordinator to support their EMEA operations. This part‑time role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while working three full days per week on-site in Castle Donington.
About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across the EMEA region. You'll support the full employee lifecycle, take ownership of critical administrative processes, and be a trusted partner to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Track and manage staff holidays across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy
2. Own the onboarding process end‑to‑end including:
3. Ordering laptops, phones, and equipment
4. Coordinating system access
5. Scheduling new joiner introductory meetings
6. Ensuring a smooth, welcoming start for all new hires
7. Maintain and update HR systems with employee data, changes, and documentation
8. Provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
9. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation
10. Support H&S administration, including training records, compliance tracking, and documentation
11. Assist managers with HR queries and provide guidance on policies and processes
12. Contribute to HR and engagement projects across the EMEA region
About You
13. Experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within a multi‑country or EMEA environment
14. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
15. Confident communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
16. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
17. Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Office
18. A proactive mindset - someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done
