Key Responsibilities
* Overall day-to-day management of the GP practice
* Leadership and management of administrative and clinical support staff
* Oversight of HR processes, staff rotas, recruitment, and performance management
* Financial management, budgeting, and liaison with external stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with CQC, NHS contractual requirements, and clinical governance standards
* Supporting QOF, service development, and practice improvement initiatives
* Managing patient services, workflows, and operational efficiency
