Pay Rate: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support for pupils with PMLD and complex needs.
Assist with personal care, mobility, and communication.
Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver individual learning plans.
Engage pupils in sensory and therapeutic activities.
Foster a nurturing, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements:
Experience supporting children or young people with PMLD, SLD or complex SEN.
Calm, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Comfortable supporting with personal care.
Familiarity with communication methods such as Makaton or PECS is beneficial.
