Position: Sous Chef
Location: Lechlade-on-Thames area, Cotswolds
Salary: £38,000 basic plus tips of around £200 to £500 a month depending on the month
Additional Benefits: On-site parking, own transport required due to location
The restaurant serves a range of fresh food dishes. The role involves supporting the head chef in running the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations, assisting chef de parties, and occasionally running a section or the pass in the head chef's absence. Standard sous chef duties apply.
Experience & Skills: Must have a background in fresh food kitchens, be organized, and possess good knife skills.
