The Role
:
1. Analyse supplier performance data to identify cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities.
2. Lead the end-to-end purchasing process across multiple automotive categories.
3. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring best value and service levels.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
5. Negotiate contracts and manage key supplier agreements.
6. Drive continuous improvement through strategic sourcing initiatives.
The Candidate:
7. Proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role.
8. Previous exposure to the automotive aftermarket / automotive parts sector.
9. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.
10. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
11. Proficiency in procurement systems and Excel (ERP experience desirable).
12. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
