We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Team Leader to work with offenders in custody, helping them prepare for work on release.
The job involves leading and mentoring a dispersed team of careers advisors working with people serving custodial sentences, engaging them in learning, training, and employment opportunities to help them start a new life on release and break the cycle of reoffending.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to individuals and communities.

* Experience in line managing people to help them fulfill their potential at work
We are especially interested in applicants with experience managing teams that assist offenders or other vulnerable groups to progress in their lives.
