This is a great opportunity to become a Community-based Residential Support Worker and carry the culture and values of Fairfield Trust to the wider community in the South West.Whilst Fairfield Trust is based near Westburyin Wiltshire,this role will require regular travel aswe support young peoplein and around their own homes and communities,bothacross Wiltshire and neighbouring counties. At times, you may be required to work in the Trusts Westbury-based residential houses.
The Pathways teamoperates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, supporting people to lead fulfilling lives, with choice and control over how they spend their time. We work with people in their own homes and communities, focusing on their wellbeing, their life skills, their work skills and social lives.The role may include personal care, daily living activities and practical tasks and may offer just a few hours of support, or 24-hour support.
This role is for 36.5 hours per week worked over a variable rota and this will include weekend working. We are open to considering 52-week or term-time only contracts, this can be discussed further at interview.
