About the role
As an Office Manager at Reelables, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our physical workspace is organized, efficient, and welcoming for the entire team and visitors. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who takes full ownership of office management, supplier relationships, and administrative support for the executive team. You will lead key internal projects, support finance processes, and act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters. Your ability to anticipate challenges and respond with agility will be crucial in maintaining a productive environment and fostering a positive office culture as we scale our business.
This is a Hybrid role operating out of our London office, a short walk from Angel station.
What you'll be doing
* Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive, organized, and welcoming environment for all team members and visitors.
* Manage relationships with office suppliers and vendors, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and value.
* Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and other key tasks.
* Lead internal projects such as office refurbishment and improvements, coordinating resources and timelines effectively.
* Support the finance team with tasks like reconciliation and purchase order processing to maintain accurate records.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, proactively identifying potential issues and resolving them with agility.
* Champion office culture by coordinating team events, managing office budgets, and continuously seeking ways to enhance workplace efficiency and employee experience.

* Strong relationship management skills, with experience negotiating and managing suppliers and vendors to ensure value and quality.

* Effective communication skills to coordinate internal projects, manage office culture initiatives, and engage with team members across all levels.
* Tenacity and a willingness to take on evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
* Experience or exposure to logistics and supply chain management is a plus but not essential.

* Comfortable leading internal projects such as office refurbishments or process improvements, showing initiative and resourcefulness.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive office culture and coordinating team events.
* Experience supporting finance functions, such as purchase order processing and reconciliation, is a plus.
* Adaptable and proactive mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and take on evolving responsibilities.
