Formed less than 10 years ago, this Legal 500-ranked firm is widely regarded as one of Manchester’s leading legal disrupters. With Partners recruited from Top 10 international firms and sustained financial investment behind its strategy, the firm is now seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to support its next phase of expansion.

This is a full-service commercial practice advising major business clients across Corporate, Employment, Commercial Disputes and Construction, alongside a strong private wealth offering.
The firm has built a reputation for high-quality, big-ticket work delivered within a genuinely collaborative environment. Significant financial backing and ambitious growth plans position the firm strongly for the next 5–10 years with a new London office set to open, and further acquisitions already on the horizon.
The Role
You will join the Corporate team as a Senior Associate, working alongside the Head of Department to further grow and shape the practice. The Corporate department of this firm underpins the entire practice. Offering advice across complex M&A, Private Equity, Shareholder Agreements and more, this firm have positioned themselves as a market leader against them international competitors.
Having grown healthily over several years, they are looking to recruit further. Many of the team have worked for leading internationals / nationals and have made the move to deal with complex work, but avoid corporate red tape which is often found at the larger firms. This practice offer an entrepreneurial platform to develop and grow a practice.
