Caretaker needed in London
The rate is £16.936 per hour PAYE.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deliver measurable increases in customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include achieving cleaning requirements as specified in the local work programme, using appropriate equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety guidelines. The role involves cleaning all common parts of a housing estate according to schedules and frequencies, employing methods that may include but are not limited to:
* Cleaning of common areas
* Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
* Adherence to health and safety regulations
