Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment in the Barry area. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will lead quality inspection, testing, and process control activities while managing a small team of quality staff. This full-time role (37 hours per week) offers the opportunity to influence quality standards, support manufacturing efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive experience in systematic data collection and analysis
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and implement solutions
Strong background in developing and writing Standard Operating Procedures
