We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support a team of busy financial services advisors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong organisational skills, and can confidently manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with financial services providers, solicitors, and other professionals
* Carry out clerical duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
* Maintain office organisation and assist with scheduling appointments
* Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
* Prepare and type reports, documents, and other materials as needed
Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and professional phone manner
* Previous experience in banking, legal, or estate agency sectors is an advantage
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
