Main responsibilities to Include:
Marketing Planning
Manage and implement a rolling marketing calendar in line with strategic objectives.
Campaign & Focus Management
Align all marketing activity with key business focuses - from product launches to new service offerings - ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
Events & Exhibitions
Organise attendance at trade shows and industry events. Research and assess new opportunities based on ROI potential.
Advertising & PR
Oversee both digital and print advertising schedules. Maximise press exposure and PR opportunities to build brand awareness.
Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement engaging social strategies - including paid social, influencer partnerships, competitions, and user-generated content.
Photo/Video Production
Plan and coordinate creative shoots, including storyboarding and post-production.
Lead Generation Campaigns
Deliver lead nurturing strategies using content, email campaigns, and data capture tools to support sales activity.
Product Launches
Manage and execute marketing plans for new product rollouts from concept to launch.
Brand Development & Guardianship
Help develop and maintain brand identity across all customer-facing and internal channels.
POS & Out-of-Home Marketing
Coordinate point-of-sale materials and other out-of-home campaigns.
Content Creation
Create engaging, audience-focused content for digital and print - including reels, staff interviews, and case studies.
Collateral Design & Management
Design or oversee production of brochures, flyers, datasheets and more.
Internal Communications
Manage internal newsletters and company-wide communications.
Supplier & Agency Management
Coordinate with external marketing partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Performance Reporting
Measure marketing effectiveness, report on results, and make data-driven improvements.
The ideal candidate:
5+ years' experience in a similar marketing role
Strong B2B experience (B2C also considered)
Experience building a brand presence across European markets (desirable)
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Energetic and passionate with a hands-on approach to marketing
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis or CIM qualification (desirable)
