School Business Administrator - Endeavour House School
We are looking for a School Business Administrator to join our education administration team. This role will be based in our Endeavour House School, Ilford.
Your role will be varied in our school. You will complete all administrative tasks and interact with our children on a daily basis, so a child-centred approach is key for this role.
Responsibilities
* Provide full administrative support to the school and its day‑to‑day needs, ensuring compliance across all record‑keeping and administrative tasks associated with running the education provisions efficiently and meeting the required standards.
* Act as the school's Health and Safety Representative, liaising with contractors and ensuring services are kept up to date.
* Handle reception and general enquiries, support the head teacher with diary management, and welcome and greet visitors to our school.
* Keep the records up to date for all children and staff. Provide 1-2-1 or small group support for children who cannot attend mainstream school as part of our 1Ace provision.
* Work as part of the wider network of school business administrators, receiving support from peers and a full induction from the school business manager.
* Work full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am‑4:30 pm during term time, with contracted hours 195 teaching days plus 10 training days during holidays.
