Job Title: Business Analyst Location: London Remuneration: Daily rate from £550 Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (9 months) Responsibilities: End-to-End Testing Analysis: Conduct a thorough review of testing processes to ensure quality and functionality of payment systems from inception to deployment. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, document IT and business testing requirements, and map processes for payment testing. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing payment testing processes and tools to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Test Planning: Partner with IT and Business testing teams to create or enhance test plans, test cases, and scripts covering all aspects of the payment system lifecycle. Data Analysis: analyse data to support decision-making and uncover trends related to payment transactions. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Documentation: Develop detailed documentation, including process mapping, business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides. Project Management: Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of payment solutions. Compliance: Ensure payment solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in testing within the banking payments sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, with familiarity in payment systems and technologies. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or ISTQB Certified Tester.
