We are excited to invite a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) on a part-time basis. This role is based at our reception at 39 Waterside, where you will be the welcoming face for visitors and staff alike, ensuring a top-notch experience for everyone who enters our building.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact at the 39 Waterside Reception, and occasionally at the RST Stage Door as scheduled.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, actively promoting the Royal Shakespeare Company brand.
* Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Play a vital role in our evacuation strategy, collaborating with the Person in Charge and Fire Wardens during emergencies.
* Support the Building Access Policy by managing staff passes and the door access system alongside the Stage Door team.

Working Conditions
This is a part-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with working hours of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 6 PM.
