Job Description: Sale Engineer (Mesh Wireless Networking Solutions)

We are currently seeking a Sale Engineer on behalf of a cutting-edge company within the defense-tech and robotics sectors. The client specializes in providing advanced wireless networking solutions designed to support a connected ecosystem for unmanned systems (Mesh Technology).

The Sales Engineer will work directly with the sales team and help drive the adoption of the company's next-generation mesh wireless networking solutions in the United Kingdom and European markets. This role is ideal for a technically savvy sales professional with experience in wireless communication systems, robotics/and or drones space, who can engage with customers to understand their needs and help integrate the company's mesh wireless networking solutions into their applications.

Work closely with our sales team and solutions engineers to qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
Lead the technical sales process with high-priority customers, including system planning, integration support, and system optimization.
Support inquiries include, support tickets, and customer relation phone calls
Travel onsite to help customers with integrations, setting up the mesh radios into the customers systems.
Ensure the Technical Evaluation Stage is accurately tracked in HubSpot CRM, documenting relevant customer interactions and technical assessments. Sales Engineers are responsible for keeping their part of the CRM updated but are not responsible for closing deals.
Provide regular updates on activities, sales pipeline, and key account strategies to the Senior Director of Sales.

5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development, selling technology solutions to engineering teams.
~ Proven track record of success in B2B sales with OEMs, system integrators, or industrial automation companies.
~ Strong technical knowledge in wireless communications, RF systems, and networking technologies.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
~ Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are a plus.
