Your new role
This is a newly created temporary customer services and admin job, joining a 4-person team to help them with a specific project. Duties will include but not limited to:
1. Speaking tomercial customers and making them aware of service changes
2. Ensuring customers understand the service changes
3. Sending out new contract information for checking and return
4. Follow up with emails sent to ensure the information is received back
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be:
5. Immediately available.
6. Have previous office-based customer service experience.
7. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and the ability to pick up bespoke systems quickly.
8. Previous administration experience.
9. Keen eye for detail.
10. Used to working in a methodical and processed manner.
