Role overview
Required to undertake duties as directed and respond to reactive requests, providing best practice in all cleaning activities to uphold company values and meet contractual deliverables.
What you’ll do:
* Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure standards are met and workload is prioritised and completed.
* Report any repairs noticed during cleaning duties.
* Respond promptly to any service shortfalls identified.
* Perform daily maintenance on machinery (as trained) and report issues.
* Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed.
* Ensure adequate stocks of consumables are available and request replenishments when necessary.
* Attend and complete training as required.
* Use chemicals and equipment as trained.
* Liaise professionally with customers and clients, escalating issues as needed.
* Work safely, raising health and safety risks or hazards.
* Maintain good housekeeping of equipment, consumables, and storage areas.
Person Specification
Who you’ll be:
* Previous experience in workplace cleaning is advantageous.
* Good time management skills.
* Experience providing excellent customer service.
* Methodical and meticulous approach to work.
* Ability to read and speak English to ensure safe working practices.
