Position: Reward Analyst
Location - London Heathrow
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in salary benchmarking, complex salary analysis, and be an excellent process and data-driven individual. This role requires expertise in job profiling, career mapping, and job architecture, with the ability to create and roll out these frameworks across the business. Experience with Workday is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Salary Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking using Workday to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
* Complex Salary Analysis: Perform detailed and complex salary analyses on Workday to provide insights and recommendations for compensation strategies.
* Job Profiling and Career Mapping: Develop and implement job profiles and career maps using Workday to support employee development and progression.
* Job Architecture: Design and roll out job architecture frameworks across the business using Workday, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Talent Analysis: Analyse data to determine where talent should be positioned within the organisation and make informed recommendations.
* Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven approaches to analyse reward data and generate actionable insights.
* Workday Utilisation: Leverage Workday for managing and analysing compensation data, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of reward-related transactions.
* Reporting: Generate and present reports on reward metrics, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective reward strategies.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Reward Analyst or in a similar role, with specific experience in salary benchmarking, complex salary analysis, job profiling, career mapping, and job architecture, all using Workday.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
