Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and reliable UEFA Licensed Football Coaches to support the development of young players at our academy. The role focuses on delivering fun, safe, and engaging training sessions while helping players grow technically, physically, and mentally in a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate football training sessions
* Coach players during training and matches in line with the academy's philosophy
* Promote fair play, respect, discipline, and teamwork
* Support player development across technical, tactical, physical, and social areas
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players at all times
* Communicate effectively with players, parents, and academy staff
* Assist with match days, tournaments, and academy events when required
* Act as a positive role model on and off the pitch
Requirements
* Passion for football and youth development
* Previous coaching or playing experience (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work well with children and young people
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Willingness to learn and follow academy coaching guidelines
* Relevant safeguarding checks (or willingness to complete them)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £25.00-£40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
* Football coaching: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* UEFA C UEFA B UEFA A (required)
* DBS (preferred)
