£60,000–£80,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
An established, fast-growing orthopaedic medical device business is seeking a commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-potential North London territory.
This is a growth role — not an account maintenance patch. You’ll manage NHS and private hospitals, including complex, high-expectation surgical environments. We’re looking for someone confident, credible, and comfortable operating at surgeon level.
The Role
* Drive revenue growth across NHS & private hospitals
* Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams
* Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
* Deliver clinical product demonstrations and in-theatre support
* Manage your territory strategically to exceed sales targets
About You
* 4+ years medical device or orthopaedic sales experience
* Proven track record of exceeding targets
* Comfortable in theatre and engaging senior surgeons
* Strong commercial mindset with autonomous working style
* Based within reach of North London
